Your initial consultation consists of a 75-minute appointment that includes a detailed discussion regarding your concerns that brought you in and ranges to your diet and lifestyle regimens. From there, treatment options will be discussed and you will receive a comprehensive plan that includes current and next steps.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. You have the ability to choose to book your appointments virtually if this works best for you. My goal is to provide easily accessible care to support you in reaching your health goals.

What do treatment plans consist of?

This is dependent on the individual and what they would like support in. Generally, treatment plans can include botanical medicine, supplements, diet and lifestyle adjustments, acupuncture, blood work, stool testing, and urine testing.
