Active Release Technique
Active Release Technique (ART) involves our chiropractor using their hands-on techniques to assess for areas of tension or restrictions in the affected area, then applying specific pressure while moving through a range of motion. This helps break up any adhesions or scar tissue that may be present and restore proper movement within the injured area.
