West End Women’s Health is seeking a friendly Registered massage Therapist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a special interest in Women’s Health. West End Women’s Health is a multi-disciplinary clinic located in the Bloor West neighborhood of Toronto. We are looking to add a skilled and motivated chiropractor to our team. You will be working collaboratively with our physiotherapist and massage therapist. Excellent hands on/manual therapy skills are a must, as well as the ability to build and maintain a caseload.

The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal communication skills and can easily build a rapport with young professionals and weekend warriors alike!

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine
• Registration with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
• Focus on hormones, women's health, digestive health
• Preferred: IV Therapy certified, Ability to prescribe bio-identical hormones
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
• The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Training and mentorship provided

Accountabilities:

• Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients
• Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
• Meet and or exceed productivity standards
• Administer and collect outcome measurement information
• Supervise support staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
• Develop a care plan with the client based on the assessment
• Document client care activity concisely and accurately, according to College guidelines and Care for standards
