Annabel Strickland
Holistic Nutritionist
Hello, my name is Annabel Strickland. I am looking forward to working with the wonderful staff at West End Women’s Health and continuing my journey of helping people feel better through nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
I graduated from the University of Western Ontario, majoring in economics. I worked in sales for many years until the birth of my first child and stayed home to raise my 3 children.
I created a small catering company called Bon Vivant, in which I made healthy, organic meals that were vacuum sealed and easily transported for weekends away or busy families.
I recently graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Holistic Nutritionist. My studies allowed me to further my love of cooking and creating nutritious, healthy meals for family and clients to improve overall health.
I have helped people with metabolic issues, hormonal changes, skin, and digestive complaints, as well as having a focus on anti-aging and longevity.
I enjoy travelling, golf, tennis, Pilates, painting, reading and entertaining for family and friends
