Registered Dietician

From a young age, grappling with managing my weight inspired me to learn how to nourish myself in a healthy, non-restrictive manner. Throughout high school, my passion for exploring the field of nutrition flourished. This desire led me to study nutrition and dietetics, guiding me through rigorous training in various healthcare settings and ultimately earning me the title of Registered Dietitian.

Throughout this journey of self-discovery, I’ve realized that food is more than mere sustenance; it significantly influences our relationship with ourselves and the world around us. In today’s fast-paced world, where we’re bombarded with endless streams of nutrition advice, the pressure to make healthy food choices can feel overwhelming, leaving us unsure of what to trust. As a Registered Dietitian, I’m here to provide clarity amidst this confusion.

My approach involves simplifying the concept of healthy eating through a blend of evidence-based nutrition information and compassionate counseling. I am dedicated to clarifying nutrition misinformation, advocating for healthy lifestyle changes, and assisting you in nurturing a positive relationship with food.
