Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998. Her practice has varied over the years within a variety of settings, including spa, clinical and mobile (including barns!).

Jessica utilizes a variety of techniques with clients, including Swedish, myofascial, trigger point therapy, PNF and myofascial cupping. She has furthered her training with specific courses in prenatal and postnatal massage, labour support, myofascial cupping, and equine massage therapy. Her additional specialties include treating headaches and migraine, TMJ dysfunction and chronic tension.

While treating specific soft tissue concerns is always a priority, Jessica approaches massage therapy with a holistic view, ensuring clients overall health goals are addressed.

In her spare time, you will find Jessica with her family, walking her dog or hanging out with horses.
