How It Works / Process

Connection

Your journey starts with a discovery call to see if we are a good fit! If so, we will go ahead and have an initial consultation. During this consultation, we will start on a plan with diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.

Testing

Testing is not for everyone, but if you are getting testing done, we can drop ship you the test kits, or you can come pick them up in the clinic. Following the instructions, you will complete the test and send it back to the lab.

Action

Once we receive the test results, I will review them and book a follow-up appointment with you. During this follow-up, we will go over your results together so that you understand them and adjust your protocol based on them.

Support

Whether you need weekly or monthly support, I will be here for you every step of the way! During our check-ins, we will discuss your wins, challenges, and any setbacks. Between sessions, you can always reach out to me if you have any questions.
