Rozina is a registered physiotherapist and a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Rozina earned her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from Dr. NTRUHS university, India and also holds pelvic health certifications. She has clinical experience in treating both orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. Rozina is dedicated to helping patients regain confidence and comfort through evidence-based pelvic physiotherapy. She has her own experience of dealing with pelvic issues, pregnancy and post-partum recovery that she understands the difference pelvic therapy can make in a woman’s life.
She is passionate about delivering the highest standard of care to every patient, encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation to help them achieve their physiotherapy and wellness goals. She uses a variety of techniques in her treatment plan to provide patient centered care to receive best possible outcomes. She treats everyone with compassion and dignity, acknowledging their experiences and helping them on their path to healing.
Rozina provides care in English and multiple South Asian regional languages like Hindi, Telugu,Gujarati ensuring expert and accessible support for every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Are internal exams mandatory for pelvic issues?
Internal exams are optional and only performed with full consent. However, to understand the pelvic issue better internal exams are recommended.
Does pelvic physiotherapy hurt?
You may experience some discomfort during assessment or certain exercises, especially if you are dealing with pelvic pain. Your physiotherapist will always work within your comfort level and guide you with every step.
