After 25 years experience in bodywork, I have come to realize that no two massages are alike. Everyone has their own life experiences, unique relationship to their body and their own needs. I bring my calming energy to the treatment, so as to facilitate the client to go to that deeper healing place within themselves.
My massage styles include Swedish technique, aromatherapy, trigger point, therapy, prenatal and sports injuries. I treat most pain and reduce stress, which will ultimately improve your general sense of well-being. I believe that the therapeutic touch will extend far beyond the immediate and soothing gratification you will receive.
I am also an aromatherapist, which when added to a treatment enhances the healing benefits of the massage. Custom oil blends are available upon request. Can’t wait to connect with you at the centre!
